Once you are set up with an accountwe recommend you use the onineorder system on our website at www.fetcabinetrycom as our specially designed order form makes the process easy and signifcantiy reduces the risk oferrors We do accent other order forms: however the cabinet codes must match FGT’s catalog so our service team can ensure order acuracy
Once we receive your order,we will check our inventoryto ensure everything is in stock. We then send a confrmation letter via emailor faxfor you to reviewThe order wil not be placed until vou confrm evervthing on the letter is accurate,Please notethat we will only hold the cabinets onthe order for 24 hours ifwe don’t receive any confrmation from you within that time, the order is considered expired
Ifyou have any preference on shipping dates or pickuptimes please add this detal to the order or confrmation letter.lfno indication is made,the shipment olpickup date wil be scheduled based on our lead time which is typically 3-5 business days. fGT Cabinetry offers delivery service to the Midwest area at anaditional charge lshipping cost varies based on quantity and distance., fa deliveryis unsuccesfula second delivery charge willbe aplied: however this fecan be waived if a mistake was made by FGT. (Example: items damaged during delivery, wrong items assembled,etc) For pickup option,our customer serviceteam will contact vou once the order is readVe corecommenc vou give us acallto confrm the time/order before picking up
FGT CABlNETRY products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from thedate of possession. Please note any damage under the following circumstance your purchase would not be covered by our warranty: products have beenmishandled.misused. albused or mproperly nstalled: color or pattern change and occurrence ot cracks aue to lmproper storage under extremetemperature/moisture level,accidents after receiving, on-site alterations or normal wear and tear. This warranty obligation is alimoted warranty and is forthe repair, replacement or credit adjustment ofthe defective components, but it does not cover the cost ofinstalation,remova, subsequent damage ortransportation of the defective products. This warranty does not apply to any products used in coniunction with the cabinetry.such as counter-topsappliances or plumbing fixtures, FGT CABlNETRY cabinets are constructed from several pieces ofsolid wood and veneer edged plywood panels
Wood products natural characteristic variesin grains and colors, diferences in grain patterns and colors should be exected, vineralstreaks and knots inthwood are not considered defects, Color variations and co orsofteningin cabinets are naturaloccurences depends ontype of wood used, ages ofthe cabinet.and the exposure to UV light and sunlight. For such instance., new/replacement cabinets may not match display samples or existing cabinets. And suchvariation and color changes are not considered defectshis warrantyonw aooles; to defects that does not involve color changing and aging of any woodproducts, Mitered door ioints in particular are more ikely to react to conditions of its environment, Gaps that occur between door ioints due toenyironmental factor are not subiect to replacement under this warranty
Painted fnish reacts differently than stained fnish. With normal wood movement and climate changes, cracks mav appear in between joints or panel linesThese are considered as normalovered under this warranty, Cabinet doors that are warped must be allowed to hang through one fulheating season .e.through fullsummer, before replacement willbe considered under this limited warranty. Doors that are warped not exceeding %” do notmeet normal material expectation and are not covered under this warranty,FGT CABINETRY periodically makes changes to its product lines and
specifcations
If a waranty claim is fled for a discontinued or unavailable item,FGT CABINETRY wil replace the part(s under warranty with a new partls ofthe same stylor with a similar style currently offered. FGT CABINETRY cannot be held responsible for not be able to match replacement with originalyinstaled products
Allitems must be inspected immediately upon receipt for any visible damage.Any damage to the items or mising packages must be noted on the carier’sfreight billand submitted directly to the carrier. We strongly recommend our customers to open allthe boxed within 10 days ofthe delivery, any concealeddamage or errors shal be made by the buyer in writing to our customer service department and a clear photo may be requested.Falure to make any claimsaccordingiy shalconstitute and irevocable acceotance ofthe goods and no clalms wllbe accepted 10 davs aier delver.Any damage clalms must be madeprior to assembling and installation. After we verily the damage, we will arrange the replacement within 7 davs of the claim made.
Manufacturing defect claims cannot be made directly to FGT CABlNETRY from the fnal purchasing group. Purchaser must contactthe original distributordealer or independent contractor where the purchase was made from,The distributor,dealer or independent contractor wil obtain the right to decide thenecessity on fline claims and forwarding informationin writingto EGT CABlNETRy,lfthe original distributor, dealer or independent contractor no longeexist as a business entity, please submit vour claim in writing with a proofof purchase direcly O FGT CABINETRY,FGT CABINETRY reserves the right todetermine the most cost effective and efcient method to correct defective item, FGT CABINETRY and its manufacturer determine whatis “defective” notthe customer, f a manufacturing defect does occur within theterms and conditions ofthis warranty,FGT CABINETRY willreplace the defective item within 7davs after the claim is processed.
